Hints and Tips for Running a Successful Alert

Here are some hints and tips so you can get the most out of your daily alerts:

• Remeber you don't need to add "wholesale" or "wholesale lot" to your search as this is done automatically by the software.
• Be specific: If you add very general words you will get very general results. ie. If you are looking for a wholesale lot of clothing for example be a little more specific. What size? What brand? A good method for these types of searches is this: Clothing (gucci, prada, lacoste) which would give you all clothing wholesale lots for Gucci, Prada and Lacoste.
• Use negatives: By putting a - in front of a word it will exclude any results with that keyword. This is a very good technique for eliminating items that you don't want. ie. If you are looking for an ipod video wholesale lot and simply type "ipod video" into the search you will get items such as "cases" and "skins" as well. But if you put -cases -skins you will take any listings with these words out and make your search alot more targeted.
• Don't search for two items at once: If you are looking for wholesale ipod lots and wholesale psp lots don't try and put them both in the same alert, otherwise you will only be getting results with BOTH of these keywords in it.
• Use the options if possible: If you know what price you are prepared to pay put in a minimum and maximum price. This will then only give you results in your price range. Also make sure you search in description as well to find items that may only have the keywords here.
